What We Do
We run a booking and matching service for plumbing and heating work, not a plumbing firm. When you call or send a form we note what is happening and where, and then connect you with an independent local plumbing and heating company from our partner network that can reach your address and is suited to the job. We do not send our own staff to carry out the work.
The Partner Company
The company that takes on your job is independently owned and run, and is not part of Emergency Plumber Fulham. Your contract for the plumbing or heating work is with that company, not with us. They carry out their own assessment, give their own written quote, do the work, and invoice you and take payment directly.
Payments
We do not take payment, hold deposits or issue invoices for plumbing or heating work of any kind. Payment goes directly to the partner company that carried out the job, on the terms agreed between you and them. Raise any billing query with that company in the first instance.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices are set by the partner company after seeing the job, and are given to you in writing before work begins. We do not quote jobs, and we do not promise a price or an arrival time on this website or on the phone. Any price ranges on this site are published London figures for general guidance and are not quotes.
Complaints and Problems
If something is not right with the work, raise it with the partner company first, because they carried it out and are best placed to put it right. If you cannot reach a resolution, call 07898 117754 and we will help chase it. We cannot promise a particular outcome, since the work and the contract are between you and the partner.
Our Responsibility
Our role is limited to taking your enquiry and arranging a match with a partner company, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for the partner's workmanship, pricing, scheduling or conduct. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which cannot lawfully be limited.
